When will an item be back in stock?

If you see an item that you would like to buy and it is out of stock, BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, please contact us at mail : flowersnail3d@gmail.com or Viber/Whatsapp : +84396811681 .There is a chance we can restock our store, so you can buy the product after all! Don’t forget we are only in the office during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm EST, so we might not respond right away.

Wow! How do I learn to use these products?

Instructions and videos are posted in the description area on some products. For more references, you may visit our social media channels.

We will also be happy to answer questions about products at flowersnail3d@gmail.com before you order. Don’t forget we are only in the office during normal business hours Monday-Friday 0am-3pm EST, so we might not respond right away.

Can I shop at your brick and mortar location?

Flowersnail does not have a storefront retail store that can accept walk-in customers at this time, we do however have local “pop-up” shops from time to time – to find out more be sure to subscribe to our newsletter by clicking the link on the bottom of our home screen.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final.

 

Do you offer discounts and promotion?

Yes, from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email and/or SMS alerts to receive news on special offers.

 

Do you ever do giveaways?

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, but by setting up an account, you become a FlowersNail Supply VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future
